TarotSee Tarot‑Reading Service

“Client”, “you” or “your” refers to the person booking or receiving a reading. “We”, “us”, “our”, “TarotSee” refers to the service provider/website.
By booking a reading — whether via email, payment, online form, or through our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The readings provided using the Oculus Animi Tarot deck are intended as tools for self‑reflection, insight, personal growth, and guidance. They are interpretive, symbolic, and intuitive in nature.
Readings are not guaranteed to predict precise outcomes or events. Any insights or suggestions are based on the reader’s interpretation and current energies, and are subject to change depending on circumstances and free will.

Tarot readings are provided “as is” and are for entertainment and guidance purposes only; they do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
You acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken as a result of a reading are your own responsibility. We accept no liability for outcomes, damages, losses, or consequences arising from your reliance on the reading.
We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any reading or service offered.

You must be at least 18 years old to request or receive a reading. By booking a reading, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Our services are offered only to individuals capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Readings are strictly for you (the querent).
By proceeding with this reading you give explicit consent to the person know as Jam to read your energy.
We do not offer or guarantee predictions regarding death, pregnancy, or any medically, legally, financially or mentally sensitive issues. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any reading that requests advice in such areas.
All readings are interpreted with honesty and openness. If a reading cannot be interpreted clearly, we will tell you that rather than offer uncertain or misleading guidance.

Payment is required in full before the reading begins.
If you cancel or fail to show for a scheduled reading without prior notice (24hrs), fees may be forfeited or reduced at our discretion.
Once a reading has been delivered (e.g. via email, video, live session), refunds may not be provided.

All details shared during a reading — including personal information and reading content — will be treated as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law. This aligns with best practices in tarot‑services confidentiality.
Any personal data collected (e.g. name, contact info) will be used solely for the purpose of providing the reading and related services, unless you give consent for other uses (e.g. marketing).

All content provided by TarotSee — including reading interpretations, deck imagery (when shared), written summaries, and media — remains our intellectual property. You may use it for your personal, private purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, commercial use or sharing without prior written permission is prohibited.
